As a Support Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring every customer feels the joy of shopping with us. You'll train and inspire our energetic crew to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
From managing daily operations to assisting with the ins and outs of store organization, your role is key in maintaining our high standards. Imagine yourself stepping in as the Manager on Duty to handle any urgent issues, ensuring smooth operations while the store buzzes with excitement!
You’ll also support new associates through onboarding and training, helping them grasp our policies and product knowledge. Your leadership will drive store sales, and you will partner with the store leadership to optimize merchandising strategies.
