As a Sr. Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting both patients and healthcare providers by creating enrollment applications, conducting thorough reviews of documentation, and managing correspondence.

Your responsibilities also include performing benefit investigations to assess patients' financial situations and ensuring that they receive the necessary assistance. You'll need excellent organization skills as you’ll be juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

If you have previous healthcare experience, particularly in insurance or the pharmaceutical industry, that's a plus! We’re looking for someone with great communication skills who can not only effectively multitask but also mediate any disagreements in a positive manner.
