As a Senior Manager of Loyalty and Lifecycle at sweetgreen in sunny Los Angeles, CA, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and enhancing the journey of our SG Rewards members. Your mission will be to create meaningful lifecycle experiences that resonate with our digital customers.

You’ll lead the strategy around our owned channel communications, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. You will guide teams and stakeholders in optimizing segmentation and targeting offers, drawing on your expertise in data measurement and analysis.

By understanding the customer journey in depth, you’ll ensure that each touchpoint is optimized for maximum impact and engagement. Your analytical prowess will be on display as you develop reporting capabilities that help us understand the incrementality of our campaigns and the return on investment of our marketing spends.

You will be the go-to expert for all things loyalty-related, focused on increasing customer lifetime value and minimizing unsubscribe rates. As a self-starter with a curious mind, you’ll collaborate across teams to enhance other marketing objectives while steering our learning agenda with a test-and-learn mentality.
