Join us as a Patient Service Specialist at our lively outpatient physical therapy center located in Chicago, IL! At our office on 2400 N Sheffield Ave, we believe every patient deserves an exceptional experience, starting right from the front desk.

In this part-time role, which offers flexible weekday hours (including up to two evenings until 8 PM), your main responsibility will be to create a warm, welcoming environment for our patients. You'll greet and register them upon arrival, guiding them through what to expect during their appointment—making that impactful first impression count.

Scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, managing insurance verifications, and facilitating regular communication with therapists and other stakeholders are all key aspects of this role.
