As an Optical Sales Manager at US Vision, you'll be stepping into a pivotal role that blends leadership, customer service, and sales expertise. Your main responsibilities will include supervising and coaching our optical staff to ensure that each patient and customer has a professional and fulfilling experience. You’ll drive sales while managing expenses and ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly.
Engaging with customers to understand their eyewear needs is crucial, and you'll utilize our CURE selling model to recommend the perfect items while educating them on their purchases. We’re looking for someone with previous experience as an Optician, who is self-motivated, action-oriented, and great at connecting with diverse individuals.
