In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of technological support, assisting our colleagues with on-site and remote troubleshooting and installation of desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our end-users have an exceptional technological experience, helping to maintain the performance of our desktop hardware and creating a secure working environment. As part of the End User Services (EUS) Technical Support team, your expertise will shine through as you diagnose complex issues, enhance service delivery through proactive maintenance, and contribute to our knowledge management database.

You will also engage in exciting projects, offering your skills as a subject matter expert, particularly for low to medium complexity deployments. Whether responding to incidents or participating in advanced troubleshooting, your solid understanding of operating systems and network printing systems will contribute to the efficiency we strive for.
