Based in the vibrant downtown Chicago area, we pride ourselves on being a leading debt collection law firm serving clients across multiple states. In this full-time role, you'll work from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, immersing yourself in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities will include reviewing accounts according to set procedures, effectively communicating with clients to resolve collection issues, and promptly responding to inquiries via email. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in law firms, banking, or logistics, along with stellar verbal and written communication skills.
